Stay warm!

The cold months have now reached us and its important to stay warm. Many people are not fans of the cold but i love it! My favorite part of winter is the fashion, warm drinks, and the FOOD. One of my favorite warm drinks is cinnamon tea. Its super easy to make and great for when you or your little one has a sore throat. So if you're a cinnamon lover ,such as myself, here is the super easy recipe:


Ingredients:

- 3 liters of water

-1 cinnamon stick


Instructions:

1. Fill a 3 liter pot with water

2. Add one cinnamon stick

3. Boil water

4. Let sit for a few hours. (I usually make it in the morning so i can enjoy it in the afternoon)

5. Add sweeteners if wanted. (My favorites are organic cane sugar and blue agave)


Benefits:

1. Caffeine Free. This tea is a great alternative if you're trying to reduce on caffeinated drinks. I personally rarely drink coffee nowadays because this tea not only tastes good, it makes me feel good as well.

2. Safe for kids. Since this drink is caffeine free its safe for kids to enjoy! As a little added bonus, you could also add a little milk to the tea for your little one to enjoy.

3. The Smell. Besides having a great drink to enjoy, your house will smell amazing while making this tea!
