After Pregnancy
1. Always stay positive. Maybe things didn't go the way you planned. Or maybe things did go as planned but you feel overwhelmed. Which ever case it may be, it is important to stay positive. Not only will it save you from unnecessary stress it will also help you maintain a healthy mental and physical life.
2. Find support. Its ok to look for help. Look for people who are going or have the gone through situation (the blog on this site would be a good start). Remember that you are not alone.
3. Make it a routine. Picture this, one of your little ones is fast asleep while the other one is goofing around. Then all sudden, the baby that was awake begins to cry and awakens the other one causing him to cry as well. Sound familiar? Here's a tip! Make a daily routine that both babies follow. Get both babies to nap and eat at the same time. If one of them wakes up, wake the other one too.
5. It will get easier with time. This one is more of a reminder than a tip. At first thing may seem out of control but remember that it will not always be this way. As time goes you will start figuring out how to take control of situations and gain experience. Stay positive you can do this!

4. Pump milk in advanced. A common problem with twin moms is that they run out of milk. To avoid this problem pump milk in advance, that way both babies can be fed at the same time.
4. Feed during the day. Going along with the "making a routine" tip, a good thing to also keep in mind is to try feeding the babies mostly during the day. Doing this will not only help the babies become accustom to eating only during the day, but will also gain you more sleep!
