Do you love potatoes and bacon? Do you love easy recipes? Here is a dinner idea that your friends and family will love!



Here are the ingredients you will need:

- 6 potatoes

- 1 cup of heavy cream

- 1 cup of milk

- 2 cups of shredded Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper

- 1 garlic wedge

- 1/2 table spoon of Knorr Hispanic Chicken Graduated Bouillon (optional but tastes better with this)

- Bacon bits


Instructions:

1. Put the potatoes in a pot with water and semi cook them. (let then boil for 10/15 min. To check if they are semi cooked, poke it with a fork. If the fork goes in smoothly then that means they are semi cooked)


2. After the potatoes are semi cooked, put them in the refrigerator until they are completely cooled off. (this step is important! Don't cut them while they are still warm or else they will crumble)


3. After they are competently cooled, slice the potatoes


4. Now prepare a baking pan with butter or oil and place the first layer of potato.


5. Now add a layer of Parmesan cheese and bacon, then follow up with another layer of potato.


6. Continue to alternate layers until the ingredients are finished


Sauce instructions

- Make a concoction of the milk, heavy cream, salt and pepper, and garlic, Knorr.


7. Now add the sauce you your baking pan and add another layer of cheese and bacon.


8. Put in the oven to bake at 350° for 25 minutes.


9. Let it cool and serve with veggies of your choice!
