Many parents struggle with there kids when it comes to eating vegetables so here are some tips that will come in hand!

1. Start at an early age. Many kids don't like vegetables because they are not used to them. To avoid this, introduce your baby to vegetables at a young age. A good starter would be vegetable smoothies/puree., this way, the baby becomes accustomed to the taste of them. My recommendation would be to make homemade puree's. Here is a super easy recipe for avocado pure.

Ingredients

-1 avocado

Instructions

1. Peel the avocado and separate the seed

2. Mash the avocado part until it becomes a puree consistency

2. Make it a game. Little kids love playing games so make veggie time, fun time! Here are some ideas on how to make it fun.

- Take them to the grocery store and tell them to choose the veggie of there choice. After that, cook them a meal using that vegetable and let them help you!

- Make a small garden in the yard and teach your child how the plant grows and what it needs to stay health! Your child will love to eat something they harvested with there own little hands.

-Once they have successfully eaten the veggies don't forget to reward them!

3. Don't force them to finish it. If your child refuses to eat the veggie, tell them to take a few bites. Remember, one of the best ways to get

your child to eat vegetables is to make it enjoyable. This applies not only in taste, but also in experience. Make the experience a good one and have a good time!
